Dennis the Menace

This game brings to the computer screen the menacing treatment of poor old Mr. Wilson by the U.S. cartoon character Dennis the Menace, around the same time as the movie, also released in 1993. Dennis is a jump'n'run game in which you have to fight in the sewers, in the park and in Mr. Wilson's house against a villain that appears at the end of the level. The enemies in the level follow standard attack patterns and can usually be avoided. The enemies regenerate as you move along, though you usually only progress from bottom left to top right anyway. Some of the holes in the floor are deadly, while others lead to secret rooms. Fortunately, you have up to 9 lives available at the start of the game, and as you progress there are plenty of extra lives worth trying out. You have a choice between music and sound effects.
