Deadly Creatures

In Deadly Creatures you take on the role of a young male desert scorpion and an adult female tarantula and fight brutally against other arachnids, insects, rats and reptiles. The two creatures have different play styles, with the scorpion's levels being more action-oriented, while the tarantula is more focused on sneaking and the levels are less linear. The Wii Remote and Nunchuk are used for both movement and attacks, with the motion controls being used for special attacks and finishing moves. You also gain new abilities as you progress through the game. As well as taking down common arthropods such as pill bugs, crickets, beetles and wolf spiders, most of which the player can devour to regain health, the player will also face off against bosses such as a Gila monster, a rattlesnake and finally a human. The clashes between the creatures are described as similar to those in monster movies, with a similar effect to the fights in King Kong and Jurassic Park, albeit on a smaller scale.
