Deadlight

Story

The game's story is set in Seattle in 1986, after society has been decimated by the outbreak of a virus that revives the dead. Randall Wayne is a survivor of the event and has since been separated from his family, his wife Shannon and daughter Lydia. Randall had joined a group of survivors consisting of his friend Ben, an officer named Sam and two sisters, Stella and Karla. At the beginning of the game, Randall is seen killing Karla because she was bitten and infected. When the others return and confront him, the "shadows", as the undead are called, fight to get into their room. The others are able to escape through a ventilation shaft, but Randall gets stuck in the room and tells them to go to a safe area, aptly named "Safe Point." Randall manages to leave the area alive and cross the decaying world of Seattle.
