Darksiders Genesis

In this action RPG spin-off, the fourth horseman of the apocalypse Strife is called to save humanity from certain destruction by Lucifer. Darksiders Genesis stays true to its roots with intense combat, exploration, puzzles, epic boss fights and snake holes between heaven and hell. The game is the first complete Darksiders adventure played from the top-down perspective.

Story

Since the beginning of creation, the Council has maintained the balance of existence. Its orders are carried out by the Horsemen, the Nephilim (powerful beings born of the unnatural union of angels and demons), who are dedicated to the Council and given immense power. However, this power came at a tragic price: the Horsemen were ordered to use their newfound power to wipe out the rest of their kind. A bloody battle ensued on Eden, where the Horsemen, obeying the will of the Council, wiped out the Nephilim.
