Loki, known from the Norse sagas as a versatile lying god and spinner of many intrigues against his divine "colleagues", was banished from Asgard by Odin as punishment for the trouble caused by the Midgard Serpent. Now Loki is out for revenge and looking for a way to sneak back into Asgard and get back at Odin.
