Cry of Fear is a single-player horror mod for Half-Life 1 that will bring you all the horrors you've always been afraid of. It is a free complete conversion of Half-Life 1, which means that no assets from Half-Life 1 or files from other people were used in this mod, it is a completely unique experience. Everything was created exclusively by Team Psykskallar, the developers of Cry of Fear.

Story

You wake up in a dark alley and know nothing. What has happened? This is your fight to find the truth and answers to your questions. Answers to the darkness and the fear that makes your pulse race like violent blows to your head. What are "they"? Where do "they" come from? What the hell has happened here? Are they the spawn of madness? Time is up. You can't stand there reading these text messages forever. It's time to hit the road and find your answers.
