Crimson Tears

The game is set in Tokyo in the year 2049 and revolves around three people whose home has been destroyed. As seen in the game's cover image, this trio seems to be human, but in reality they are bioengineered weapons developed by a company called A.R.M.A. and called "mutanoids". A peculiarity of Crimson Tears is that the levels are created using templates, unlike predefined game worlds that are the same every time.
