Crash Bandicoot

Crash Bandicoot is the first part of the Crash Bandicoot series, with which Naughty Dog has made a name for itself in the video game industry. The story is about the creation of the titular Crash, a bandicoot raised by the mad scientist Doctor Neo Cortex. The objective of Crash Bandicoot is to go through several levels in a row to advance. The game is played from the third-person perspective, in which the camera follows behind Crash, although in some levels there is also a forward and a sideways perspective. Crash can defeat enemies by either jumping on them or shooting them with a slingshot attack.

Story

Dr. Neo Cortex and Dr. Nitrus Brio, two evil doctors bent on world domination, create two devices designed to turn innocent animals into ingenious destroyers of the world. One particular animal, a Bandicoot, is chosen to be the leader of the pack, but when the devices fail in their attempts, the animals are turned into crazed monsters. Only Crash Bandicoot survives with his brain intact and now knows that Neo Cortex is the real villain. Cortex notices the threat that Crash could pose and banishes him to another island. It's now up to Crash to make his way through the island's monster population and stop Cortex from destroying the world, as well as save his girlfriend, who is next on the list of devices.
