Chasm
Chasm is a procedurally generated RPG platformer for PC (Win, Mac, & Linux), Playstation 4, and Nintendo Switch. Inspired equally by hack'n'slash dungeon crawlers and Metroidvania platformers, Chasm immerses you in a procedurally generated fantasy world filled with exciting treasures, deadly enemies, and numerous secrets.
Story
When a small mining community goes silent, a young soldier named Daltyn is sent to investigate. When he arrives in the remote mining town of Karthas, he finds that paranormal forces have sealed the town off from the outside world. Now trapped, he has no choice but to explore the mines beneath the town and find the source of the disturbances. Six huge procedurally generated areas await you, all lovingly designed in retro pixel style. Help Daltyn gain new abilities and equipment, avoid dangerous traps, and defeat hordes of deadly enemies to save Karthas - and perhaps the world!
