Story

BroodStar is a classic arcade shoot'em-up with strong roguelike elements. But beware... in the vastness of space there are many fearsome enemies. If you fall along the way, you'll have to start over - the only thing you'll take with you are the upgrade modules you've collected in your previous playthroughs, in the form of research points that will improve your ship. Will they be enough to get you through hordes of unknown creatures and monstrous bosses and achieve your goal of defeating the living planet - the BroodStar?
