Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon
Broken Sword: The Sleeping Dragon moves away from the 2D point-and-click concept of the previous games and offers a full 3D world with a camera that doesn't rotate, but uses fixed cinematic perspectives, combined with full 5.1 sound. In the Windows version, the game is no longer controlled with the mouse, but with the keyboard, both for moving the characters and for all actions. The player alternately controls George or Nico. Besides the typical adventure gameplay like exploration, conversations and searching and combining items, there are also a few action sequences. The characters can duck, sneak, hang from ledges and move crates to reach higher areas.
Story
Powerful seismic events are shaking the world. Something sinister is afoot. An ancient conspiracy, the secret of the Templars, and a diabolical source of pure evil are responsible. The death of a backroom computer hacker in Paris is just the beginning of another extraordinary adventure for George Stobbart and Nico Collard. Welcome to the world of Broken Sword.
