Belladonna
Belladonna is a gothic adventure, twisted and dark. Take on the role of a dead girl who comes back from the dead in an abandoned laboratory, and unravel the mysteries surrounding your own death and resurrection. The game explores various themes such as the role of villains and heroes, moral value systems, and different types of horror. It is a point-and-click adventure game and asks you to read longer texts inspired in the style of Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein or The Modern Prometheus. This game isn't as creepy as a Hollywood horror movie, but it's certainly no kid's game. The story goes to an eerie place beyond life and death and puts you in the mind of inanimate creatures and their worldviews.
