Assault Heroes

Assault Heroes is a scrolling arcade-style dual joystick shooter where the player drives 4x4s or speedboats and sometimes moves on foot. As with most dual joystick shooters, one stick controls the player's movement while the right stick directs the shots. The objective of the game is to advance in each level, defeating enemies and huge bosses. The health of vehicles and players regenerates slowly, while vehicles can be repaired instantly with a special item. Once your vehicle is destroyed, you continue running on foot. You only have a weak machine gun, but you get double points for destroyed enemies. As soon as you lose all life points, you lose a life. After about 10 seconds of walking, your vehicle will reappear.
