Akinator
Akinator, the Web Genius (formerly Akinator, the Web Genius) is an Internet game and mobile app based on Twenty Questions that tries to figure out which character the player is thinking about through a series of questions. It is an artificial intelligence program that can find and learn the best questions for the player. It was developed in 2007 by three French programmers and became popular worldwide in November 2008, according to Google Trends. Its popularity peaked in Europe in 2009 and in Japan in 2010, when the French mobile company SCIMOB launched mobile apps that reached the highest ranks in the App Store. When playing "Akinator," questions are asked by a cartoon ghost.
