Adventures of Mana
Adventures of Mana is a remastered version of Final Fantasy Adventure, known in Europe as Mystic Quest, which became the first game in the Mana series. "This remastered version offers fans improved graphics, revamped menus and a rearranged soundtrack from the game's original composer. The background music from the original Game Boy version will be available on all platforms."
Story
"On the top of the mountain Illusia, high above the clouds, stands the tree of Mana. It draws its life energy from the boundless heavenly ether and grows silently. Legend has it that whoever lays his hands on its trunk will receive eternal power - a power that the dark ruler of Glaive now seeks to further fuel his bloody quest for domination. Our unlikely hero is one of countless gladiators housed in the Duchy of Glaive. Every day he and his unfortunate companions are dragged out of their cells and forced to fight exotic beasts for the Dark Lord's amusement. In the event of victory, they are thrown back into the dungeon with just enough bread to last them until the next fight. But a body can only endure so much, so it's never long before the weary prisoners succumb to their cruel fate."
