Story
The plot follows a god-like being known only as "The Master" (God in the Japanese version) in his battle against Tanzra (Satan in the Japanese version), also known as "The Evil One". According to the instruction booklet, the Master was defeated in a battle with Tanzra and his six lieutenants. The Master retreated to his celestial palace to tend to his wounds and fell into a deep sleep. During the Master's absence, Tanzra divided the world into six lands, one for each of his lieutenants, which later turned people to evil. After several hundred years, the Master awakens fully recovered and finds that he has lost his powers because people do not believe in him. During the game, the Master defeats Tansra's lieutenants and regains his powers by rebuilding his people's civilizations and communicating with them through prayers. After all the lieutenants are defeated, the Master begins an attack on Tansra's fortress, the Death Home, and eventually defeats him. After Tanzra is defeated, the Master and his servant visit the many civilizations they helped build and observe the people. In their observations, they find that no one is in the temple worshipping the Master. The servant notes that although people used to pray to the Master in times of need, they no longer feel the need to do so because they are not in danger. The master and his servant then enter the celestial palace and go to heaven to wait for a time when they might be needed.
