A-10 Tank Killer

This simulation puts you in the cockpit of the A-10 Thunderbolt II, also known as the "Warthog". As the game's name suggests, it is mainly used to weaken enemy tanks, but also to destroy roads and bridges. You're armed with Avenger 30mm cannons that can fire about 70 times per second. Multiple camera perspectives are possible. Landing is automated and a time acceleration function is available. The characters have full AI that acts without your intervention and communicates with you during the flight. Actions in one mission affect others - something you didn't destroy in one mission can attack you later.
